Palatine, IL, December 3rd, 2007 – With the growth of wireless infrastructure, IPTV and fiber to the curb, network operators are being challenged to remotely monitor and control new applications in untraditional locations.  With untraditional locations come serious limitations in space, power and access.  Unlimited Bandwidth’s IS6000 is a perfect solution for monitoring the next generation of applications.

The IS6000 is extremely small, taking up only a single rack space and less than three inches in depth.  All connections and configurations are made on the front of the IS6000.  Quick connect pluggable headers eliminate wire wrapping.  The IS6000 is environmentally hardened for outside plant installations.  It has 32 alarm points, 4 control points and a built in real-time alarm display.
